Made from polished, hardened steel, to give consistent performance and long die life. Flexible dies are available with or without a Laser Hardened finish.

Our Flexible Dies are etched from cold rolled spring steel in order to give the highest performance.

Our Flexible Dies are milled on high precision milling machines, and then back-ground to achieve the highest possible quality and the smallest tolerance. 

Our Flexible Dies are made to cut almost any material; we can convert 85 % of all materials within the narrow web industry. Choose your material and producer and we will do the rest.

Our Flexible Dies are divided into:

  • 7* Our special Onyx coated Flexible Die [For converting difficult substrates]
  • 5* Laser hardened Flexible Die [For longer runs]
  • 3* Standard Flexible Die
