What we now offer our customers is the “Texturflex”.

The “Texturflex” does exactly what is says on the tin, it is a flexible die specifically designed and manufactured to create a texture to your existing label stock giving you a fast cost effective option to your texturing needs, thus letting you create enhancements to labels that would normally be done on expensive materials or machinery.

We offer two different options of the “Texturflex” as what we call a “hard De-boss” and a “soft Emboss” option. Both can give different effects to the material depending on what your requirements are. This has the edge over pre-textured material as it is designed to texture the stock while the entire construction (Liner and face) is still in-tact, and as it is created after the print process you can still maintain the fine quality that pre textured stock prevents. This product is designed so that it can be produced by using your existing magnetic cylinders without the need for any modifications to the press.
