The fastest and most cost effective way to achieve high quality converting in almost every case.

Our flexible dies are made from polished, hardened steel, to give consistent performance and long die life. Flexible dies are also available with a Laser Hardened finish, and with a range of special coatings to ensure longer lasting die performance where required. Used for both kiss cut and cut through converting applications, flexible dies can be used for a huge range of work - the only limitation being the thickness of the substrate but with a range of blade heights up to and including 1mm deep, most products can be converted. Applied to a magnetic cylinder, tooling changes are quick and efficient resulting in less set up time for you the customer
